Program description

Join us for this four-part series that will give Young Adults (15 - 24 years) the opportunity to gain knowledge in the areas of Finance, Relationships, Voting and Healthy Lifestyles. Guest speakers and materials will give participants insights and information on how to have a successful transition to adulthood. A light dinner will be provided.

The subject of the fourth week is:

Nutrition and Self-Care: Learn how to shop and cook for yourself, the basics of personal and home hygiene, and alternative ways to feel "high" without drugs or alcohol.

This series will be held on four consecutive Tuesdays. Attend one or all!
