Join us in these three fun, interactive workshops exploring cheese hosted by cheese educator, Jaclyn Olson.

Cheese Making Workshops

Introduction to Artisan Cheese: Explore the world of artisan cheese and what makes it special.

Jun 7

4-5 pm

Cheese making 101: Try your hand at cheesemaking. Learn some new techniques and sample your own efforts.

Jun 21

4-5 pm

Cheese Pairings: Investigate the science of flavor and explore what makes a good cheese pairing great!

 

Ages 14 and up. Registration for each individual workshop is required.
