Improve your fitness and focus with safe and simple chair yoga routines. This class will provide a thorough introduction to yoga, great for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle re-entry into yoga. Mindful movement, deep breathing techniques and quiet sitting will be incorporated. The simple chair yoga sequences will have a profound effect on your energy, focus and fitness levels.
The 10 weeks series will be led by certified yoga instructor, Bill Thomas who has been studying yoga for 16 years.
