Are you interested in yoga but don't know how to start? If so, join Certified Fitness Professional Donna Schorr in a relaxed and fun introduction to yoga. Bring your own mat and a water bottle. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes.
The class is open to all ages, but children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
