Working in teams of 2–3 participants we'll design experiments and carry out measurements to discover how forces such as friction and gravity influence the way their Hot Wheels® move and the distances they can go.

Art Chats are held once a month to promote awareness of art in our area, to encourage sharing our own art, to teach art techniques, to share local art events, and to network with your peers.

Dust off that long ago knitting project and finally get it finished. Meet other knitters and needle workers, ask questions, and get help from others on those tricky projects. This is an informal group that meets weekly.

Practice speaking English in a group setting, led by a native-speaking volunteer. This group is intended for students who already speak basic English but want to practice conversation. Only English will be spoken. Meets weekly on Thursdays.

Bring your current project and meet with fellow knitters, crocheters, and other needle crafters. All skill levels welcome. Share tips, techniques, patterns, and enjoy the company of fellow yarn crafters. 

If you'd love to write more but don't have a project in mind, this is the group for you! The process of writing can be rewarding, regardless of the product: journal, memory book, brain dump, lists or whatever else you can think of.

Fun and learning for you and your little ones! Enjoy stories, songs, and activities together. Learn & Play programs are for children ages 0–5 and their parents or caregivers.
