Program Description

Event Details

The Exquisite Gorge Project II: Fiber Art is a collaboration between 13 regional fiber artists and communities along 220 miles of the Columbia River from the Willamette Confluence to the Snake River Confluence, to create a flowing 66-foot work that tells 10 conceptual stories (plus a frontispiece) of the Columbia River and its people.

In this Zoom workshop, presented by one of the fiber artist Xander Griffith, you will create your very own felted butterfly.

Register by April 8 to receive the kit containing everything you will need in the workshop. Don't forget to let us know which library branch location you would like to pick up the kit.

To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker/microphone, if necessary.
