Event Details

Join Carol Grimes for a yoga class focused on gentle strength and stretching as well as calming the nervous system. We will use gentle movement, breath and guided relaxation to relieve tension and stress. Class will include poses on the floor, seated, and standing and adaptations will be given to make class as accessible as possible.

To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker/microphone, if necessary.

Reclined poses can be done on the floor or a bed; seated poses can be done on the floor or in a chair; standing poses could use the wall or a chair for support.

Props you may want to have on hand include: a blanket, a pillow, a strap and a chair.

Carol cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Yoga therapy works in conjunction with your current treatment for medical conditions.
