Program description

When a person has a cardiac arrest, survival depends on getting immediate CPR from someone nearby. CPR can double, or even triple, a victim’s chance of survival.

Hands-Only CPR is CPR without mouth-to-mouth breaths. It has been shown to be as effective as conventional CPR for sudden cardiac arrest at home, at work or in public.

Join us to learn Hands-Only CPR from an American Heart Association Certified instructor.
