Event Details
Cognition is the ability to clearly think, learn, and remember and often changes as we age. Just like other organs, our brain is susceptible to aging and undergoes a series of structural and functional changes as we age. Research shows that cognitive health can be maintained and the loss of brain function and health, even development of Alzheimer’s, can be prevented or significantly delayed.
Are you experiencing “brain fog” and short-term memory difficulties? Do you have a family history of dementia? Do you want to stay mentally sharp as you age? Learn the underlying mechanisms of brain health, what you can do to build resilience, how to track your lab markers for healthy cognition and what you can do with nutrition, supplements and herbs.
