Join us for a gentle introductory course on the meaning and daily benefits of mindfulness. Participants will be guided through a mindfulness practice that includes standing, sitting and walking, depending on your abilities. Regardless of your exposure to mindfulness practice, you’ll likely gain deeper insights and find greater ease engaging in mindful living.
