Join Arthur William Ruttledge and John Hanley from SCORE, and Laura Meeker from Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries, for an informational presentation on free business resources and how to access them. What’s involved with starting a home-based business? What regulatory hurdles will I face and how can I use library resources to help make a home-based business or service to be profitable?
