Have you wanted to try meditation but think you have to sit still and empty your mind? Join Sarah Nelsen to learn about the benefits of meditation and try out different styles to see which one works for you. There will be time for questions.

To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker/microphone, if necessary.

Sarah is a certified yoga therapist and yoga teacher. She is passionate about using the tools of yoga to help alleviate anxiety, depression, insomnia and persistent pain while creating conditions for deep rest. Her classes are gentle and therapeutic with an emphasis on using the breath to help calm the nervous system and movement to gently release physical tension. Her classes are great for those who are new to yoga, are injured, or are craving a quiet, reflective practice. More information can be found at sarahnelsenyoga.com.

Sarah cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Yoga therapy works in conjunction with your current treatment for medical conditions.
