Are you caring for a loved one at home or are you a senior and need help to remain at home? Do you need a little help figuring it all out?

Representatives from Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington will be available to provide instruction on how to access information about community resources, options for help with in-home care, dementia care resources, support groups for caregivers, free fitness classes, congregate and home delivered meals, and free online education for seniors and caregivers.

Library events and programs are open to the public and provided at no cost. Special accommodations may be requested using our Disability Accommodation Request Form no later than 15 days prior to the event.
