Event Details

A free monthly series of introductory sessions on practices that encourage focus and relaxation, and reduce stress and pain.

This month: Tai Chi

Try out or brush-up on the basics of this ancient moving meditation. Master Bryan Knack will lead you through a warm-up, followed by a series of flowing moves that help improve balance and build physical strength. Also learn how to use the mindfulness techniques of breath, focus, and rhythmic movement to calm and soothe the body. All abilities welcome.

Sifu Bryan Knack has been teaching and studying martial arts for over forty years, and is an inductee into USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.  He offers studies in many disciplines, including Tai Chi, Qigong, and BaGua Zhang, with classes in and around the Pacific Northwest.
