Program Description

Event Details

A free monthly series of introductory sessions on practices that encourage focus and relaxation, and reduce stress and pain.

This month: Qigong

Like Tai Chi, Qigong is an ancient mind-body practice that uses a variety of postures, movements, breathing techniques, and sound to improve mental focus, reduce pain, and promote health. Try out some of the basics of this 3000 year-old tradition, or brush up on your moves, with Master Bryan Knack. All abilities welcome.

Sifu Bryan Knack has been teaching and studying martial arts for over forty years, and is an inductee into USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame.  He offers studies in many disciplines, including Tai Chi, Qigong, and BaGua Zhang, with classes in and around the Pacific Northwest.
