A free monthly series of introductory sessions on practices that encourage focus and relaxation, and reduce stress and pain.

This month: Yoga

Unwind with an hour of movement, lead by Jill Kieffer, RN. Learn postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply. All abilities welcome—no requirement to get down onto the floor.  Be sure to dress in comfy layers so you can adjust to temperature.

Jill Kieffer is a registered nurse, and yoga and meditation teacher with over 30 years of experience, with an interest in using the modalities of yoga and mindfulness meditation to improve functional movement while decreasing stress and pain.
