Event Details

Help keep stuff out of the landfill, conserve resources and save money. The Repair Café is your opportunity to have a broken item fixed by skilled volunteers, or learn how to fix it yourself. Items that can be repaired at the cafe include small appliances, lamps or fans, jewelry, and clean clothing or textiles to be mended. You must be present during the repair. There are no guarantees an item can be fixed, or that attempting to fix it won’t break it even more. Limit one item per person, small enough to be carried easily by one person. Do not bring any items that are leaking, dangerous, contain gasoline or have a strong odor.

Note

Library events and programs are open to the public and provided at no cost. Special accommodations may be requested using our Disability Accommodation Request Form no later than 15 days prior to the event.
