This room is reservable for free by government, elected officials, non-profit organizations, clubs and informal groups who will make their event open to the public. The room may not be reserved for private or paid events.

Additional details:

  • Include time for setup and reset the room in time requested
  • Nothing may be attached to the walls, ceilings, or furniture
  • Balloons are prohibited
  • No open flame (incl. candles)
