Computer security is a quickly growing field, and learning to stop cyber-criminals means learning about what they do. Join us and learn about the basics of encryption, lock picking, and breaking through computer security. This hands-on session will give you a taste of what hackers do and give you a starting point for building your skills to become one of the good guys! All experience levels are welcome, but some familiarity in using Microsoft Windows and web browsers such as Mozilla, Firefox or Google Chrome is recommended.

This program is part of FVRLibraries’ Revolutionary Reads series.
