This SCORE Webinar is the last one of our six-part series on Growing Your Business, offered jointly by Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries in support of our local small business communities. This free SCORE webinar will discuss the elements of Business Operations and the overall process of Identifying, Managing & Measuring Critical Operations.

Simply stated: Improving operational performance and reducing operational costs lead to higher business profits.

Operations can be your company’s differentiator from all your competitors: let SCORE help you measure and improve your company’s customer services, supply chain management, quality control, and other operational facets by setting goals that are measurable and then tying operational activity and performance to the attainment of those goals.

We’ll also discuss KPIs – Key Performance Indicators – and how best to use business intelligence metrics and KPIs to measure performance.

Larry McKinley, one of our experienced SCORE Vancouver Business Mentors, will lead this course. He has enjoyed a successful business career in both the public and private sectors. You’ll be able to draw from his knowledge that he has gained over the years.

And, as always, you are encouraged to ask for free, personalized SCORE Mentor assistance on the Business Operations or other business questions.
