We all know you only get one shot to make a first impression. And when it comes to your business, a bad first impression may mean missing out on a new paying client. Or worse than that, it could cause you to miss out on some of your most loyal, profitable clients - without you even knowing!

This workshop will be very hands-on, so be sure to bring a pen and paper or a laptop to take notes! We will also provide workshop attendees with a self-assessment worksheet. The worksheet will help guide you through some key aspects of how you’re using technology (or how you should be using technology) to move folks who have never heard of your business to become loyal, repeat customers.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years.
