Master Gardeners Pam Evans and Sue Green will explain how to use different types of exercises to prevent injury and preserve joints, keeping you safe while you garden. They will also demonstrate proper use of adaptive and ergonomic gardening tools. Included in the presentation will be discussions about creative garden designs, pathways, planters, trellises and more to accommodate easy access to plants and gardener safety.
