Event Details

Curious about what a flow or vinyasa class is like? Join Sarah Nelsen to learn a sun salutation, the basic building block of vinyasa yoga classes. This class is faster-paced and may be challenging for some. It includes floor work as well as standing work and moving up and down from the floor repeatedly. There will be time for questions.

To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker/microphone, if necessary.
