Event Details

Join Sarah Nelsen for a chair yoga class focused on gentle movement, stretching, and stillness to relieve tension and stress and help focus the mind while calming the nervous system. This class will be done entirely seated in a chair and is best suited for those with mobility issues.

Sarah is a certified yoga therapist and yoga teacher. She specializes in working with individuals dealing with chronic pain and anxiety as well as those new to yoga, in aging bodies, and anyone craving a gentle, reflective practice. Her classes are gentle and therapeutic with an emphasis on connecting with the body, using the breath to help calm the nervous system and moving to gently release physical tension. Sarah runs an online therapeutic yoga membership and works one on one with individuals. More information can be found at sarahnelsenyoga.com and heymarvelous.com/homecoming.
