Spend your lunch hour with FVRLibraries and Clark College, for Penguin Talks, an enlightening three-week series on Thursdays at noon featuring local experts who will share their knowledge and insights on critical topics impacting our community. Bring your lunch, and come ready to learn, discuss, and engage with thought leaders from our area.

Native American? Indigenous? Indian? What do you know about Tribes?- Enhance your basic understanding of American Indian tribal histories, tribal sovereignty, federal trust responsibility, tribal rights, and historical trauma; as we explore the impact of tribal politics, culture, Indian law, tribal jurisdiction and values.
