About Shanti of Creature Teachers: I love my job! I love sharing my passion for animals with children. As a child I yearned for a way to have contact with animals and craved information on them. I was a sponge. As I grew, it was even more difficult to find an outlet for my passion. Finally in college I was able to intern for a few organizations where I could get my hands dirty and work with animals one on one! It was the outlet I'd been searching for! Now I strive to give children a way to nurture their passion for nature and animals.
