Join us for an in person chair yoga program led by Fran Olinger of Bliss Total Therapy. This introductory program for adults will be held monthly on second Tuesdays, February through June. This is a seated class, dress comfortably.
Yoga promotes health, happiness and well-being through focused movement of body and breath. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class will support you in calming the mind, healing the body and energizing the spirit!
Seats available on a first come, first served basis.
