Join Sarah Nelsen for a chair yoga class focused on gentle movement, stretching, and stillness to relieve tension and stress and help focus the mind while calming the nervous system.

Culinary herbs like cilantro, rosemary, thyme, basil and dill and are a great addition to the home garden. Growing them yourself is fun and rewarding and can be a fraction of the cost of buying them at the store.

Join Sarah Nelsen for a yoga class focused on gentle strength and stretching as well as calming the nervous system. We will use gentle movement, breath and guided relaxation to relieve tension and stress.

Improve your English language reading, writing, and speaking skills. Classes are hosted by a TESOL* certified instructor from Goodwill Industries.

This group provides an opportunity for conversation on a wide range of topics of interest to the group members. Group members need not speak completely error-free Spanish, and they may have some gaps in their Spanish vocabulary.
