This program is designed to help you improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion. Suitable for beginners as well as active older adults. This program is led by a volunteer from the YMCA.

Join us for an after-hours open mic event. Come share a short piece of writing (poetry, fiction, biography, etc.) or choose something from the intriguing collection of written works available.

Practice your Spanish-speaking skills with other adults (18+). We help each other learn!

Join our facilitated group for intermediate-level Spanish speakers.

We will be meeting weekly except for the third Thursday of each month.
