With so much different and often conflicting nutrition advice out there, figuring out what to eat can feel like an overwhelming task. Join Emily Penn, Functional Nutritionist, for a class where we toss the trends, and get back to the basics of healthy eating. Emily is all about sticking to a few basic principles, so that you can enjoy food and not stress about what you should or should not be eating. You’ll learn the foundations of eating for health, tips and tricks like template meals, and ways to simplify meal prep.

Emily is a Functional Nutritionist and Health Coach. She uses a root-cause, whole-body approach and provides simple personalized recommendations that are easy to apply to everyday life.
