Adorn your body and inspire your spirit with this brief presentation detailing henna’s history, science, and cultural traditions followed by henna designs applied by a professional artist for all participants. Roving Horse Henna uses their own hand-crafted henna paste, made with meticulously sourced ingredients so that they can guarantee that you get gorgeous color and long lasting stains with no additives or dangerous chemicals.
At Roving Horse Henna it is important to understand the traditions and practices belonging to henna using cultures. Their goal is cultural appreciation and they have made it a priority to be as educated about multicultural henna studies and practices as possible. Their great joy is sharing the connection that henna brings to people. Wendy Rover is the owner and principal artist at Roving Horse Henna.
Wendy has been working with henna since 1993 and has made her living as a professional henna artist since 2005. While the art of henna is the focus of Wendy's business, it is sharing her knowledge and understanding of henna's long history and its traditional and cultural uses that is her passion. rovinghorse.com
