This presentation combines martial arts, yoga, meditation, and Buddhist psychology to help individuals have a basic introduction to self-defense and situational awareness. This brief course will introduce you to principles and practices of body movement, self-defense, and situational awareness. This is designed for all levels of physical fitness and most health situations. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, comfortable, non-restrictive clothes, and any safety equipment you feel would be helpful. Clean mats will be provided.

People will be asked to participate with partners in some of the exercises. If you are uncomfortable working with someone you don't know, please bring someone you would be comfortable practicing with.
