Program Description

Event Details

Every November, thousands of writers around the world congregate at Come Write In spaces to pursue their creative dreams and write the first draft of their novel in 50,000 words in 30 days.

We will meet to work on our stories to get as many words in as possible. We will hold writing sprints to see who can write the most in a set amount of time and we'll also encourage Quiet Write, a length of time where we all silently work on our stories. In between times, we share how the month is going and can ask questions and get help on our plots and characters. Come with laptop, paper and pen, or however you write and be prepared to churn out those words!
