Program Description

Event Details

On June 6th, 1944, the meticulously planned and perilously risky Normandy invasion began and ultimately led to the end of the devastation of World War II. Mac Macdonald will speak on D-Day and make connections between the sacrifices of the soldiers on those beaches to the obligation of current generations to commit to the betterment of our communities and society in general. Macdonald hopes you will share any personal connection you, or relatives, have to WWII.
