Program Description

Event Details

Join Clark County Poet Laureate Susan Dingle for a generative writing workshop in which we will experiment with a variety of prompts to encourage creativity and self-expression. We will consider how poets use image and metaphor, by listening to poems from many traditions. There will time to reflect and write, to share and offer supportive feedback. This workshop is open to all. Whether you’ve always wanted to write or have always written, this workshop is designed to open a new door.
