Program Description

Event Details

Join American Eagle Foundation (AEF) for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lives of our charismatic resident raptors, including hawks, vulture, falcons, and, of course, eagles! As our expert staff guides you on a digital tour, you will learn about what raptors are, what role they play within our ecosystems, how AEF cares for them, and how we can help protect them.

American Eagle Foundation has a longstanding history in the conservation of bald eagles and other birds of prey. For over 30 years, we have released 180 bald eagles back into the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains along with countless other raptors. Today, we are home to over 70 non-releasable raptor residents who serve as educational ambassadors for their species.
