Aches and pains getting in the way of your gardening enjoyment? Discover how making these small modifications to your gardening practices will help you overcome any physical challenges and barriers to enjoying your garden. Master Gardeners Pam Evans and Sue Green will explain how to use different types of exercises to prevent injury and preserve joints, keeping you safe while you garden. They will also demonstrate proper use of adaptive and ergonomic gardening tools. Included in the presentation will be discussions about creative garden designs, pathways, planters, trellises and more to accommodate easy access to plants and gardener safety.
