Event Details
Kelly Milner Halls, cryptid expert and author of Tales of the Cryptids and Cryptid Creatures: A Field Guide shares the knowledge of mysterious animals that may or may not be real. We will explore some of the world's favorite possibilities--including Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster and chupacabras--in this presentation that encourages critical thinking and the evaluation of "evidence."
Want to see more Kelly Milner Halls? Her video, In Search of Sasquatch: Science vs Legend premieres on our YouTube Channel on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 10:30 am (and will be available until August 31, 2022). https://www.youtube.com/user/FVRLvirtual
Kelly lives and works in Spokane, Washington with one dog, two daughters, too many cats and a 4-foot rock iguana named Gigantor. Kelly travels frequently, doing school visits and conference presentations all over the country. Kelly says, “As a single mom with two kids in college, writing and speaking isn’t just a hobby for me, it’s my full-time job, but I am lucky because it is also my never ending bliss.”
