Come learn about services offered by Washington Talking Book & Braille Library (WTBBL). WTBBL provides library services to Washington residents who are not able to read standard print materials.

*Also offered at our Vancouver Mall Library location, February 20 from 4–5 pm.


This is a hybrid event, with the option to attend in-person or online.
