Hourly rental rates:

  • Government (Public entities/elected officials/neighborhood assn.) – $0/hr
  • Nonprofit (tax exempt) organizations, clubs, informal groups whose event is open to the public with no admission or donation – $0/hr
  • Nonprofit (tax exempt) organizations, clubs, informal groups whose event is closed to the public and/or charges admission or donation – $50/hr
  • For-profit organizations and private individuals whose event is open to the public with no admission or donation – $50/hr
  • For-profit organizations and private individuals whose event is closed to the public and/or charges admission or donation – $100/hr
  • Although the room may be reserved between 7 AM and 10 PM daily (excluding Holidays), an additional fee for hours before or after regular library hours applies to all organizations/individuals – $100/hr

Full payment for the room reservation must be made at least 4 days prior to the event date. Payments must be made with credit card online or by check. No cash or credit payments accepted in the library. *Please note: the fee calculator is malfunctioning, so the total due shown when making your request may be incorrect. An adjusted total due will be emailed to you with a link to pay, once your request has been reviewed.

It is occasionally necessary for the library to cancel a reservation due to extenuating circumstances. Every effort will be made to give at least 24 hour notice. Groups needing to cancel are asked to contact the library as soon as possible to make the room available to others. Refunds provided on a case-by-case basis.

Additional details:

  • Include time for setup and to reset the room in time requested
  • Beer & wine may be served after the library closes and only with prior approval of Executive Director
  • Music must be contained within the room unless approved for Atrium use
  • Nothing may be attached to the walls, ceilings or furniture
  • Balloons are prohibited
  • No open flame (incl. candles)
