Event Details

We're celebrating our new library at 210 N Main Avenue! You're invited to this outdoor ribbon cutting and celebration for all ages. We'll kick off the festivities with a flag ceremony, then hear from local elected leaders and library officials, and enjoy music from Fort Vancouver Pipe Band. There will be activities for kids throughout the event, including a passport activity through downtown Ridgefield, an art bar, a balloon artist, and strolling performers. Ridgefield Lions will serve hot dogs to the first 150 people at noon.

This is a Friends of the Library event. The Friends group is an independent fund-raising organization under the umbrella of the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation, which is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, working to support Fort Vancouver Regional Libraries through funding, advocacy and volunteer support.
