Sharing our Traditions – Compartiendo nuestras tradiciones
Enjoy unique and magical musical sounds.

Gerardo talks about the history of traditional music from the Americas, the influence from other cultures in the American continent, as well as the type of material the instruments are made out of. Gerardo will play each instrument to demonstrate to audiences the different sound textures and pitch the different instruments produce. For all ages.

Gerardo Calderon is a composer, producer, music & art educator, sound designer and multi-instrumentalist. Born in Mexico City, Gerardo grew up surrounded by music, dance and culture. In addition, Gerardo makes custom pan flutes, rain-sticks, water drums, turtle boxes and bombos (bass drums). Gcgartsproduction.com
