Program Description

Event Details

In every moment you have the profound power to regulate your nervous system, manage stressors, handle difficult emotions and even improve posture - it’s all in the breath! Join us virtually to learn the mechanics and physiology of correct breathing and see why so many of us are shallow breathers and what this can mean for our health. You will gain an understanding and felt sense of optimal breathing as well as simple ways you can implement conscious breathing into your daily life.

Emily Olson, C-IAYT, PTA, is a certified yoga therapist and physical therapist assistant. In 2017, she opened Ripple Wellness with her husband, a multidisciplinary natural health clinic in Washougal with a unique commitment to community outreach and education.

To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants.
