Enjoy Sheng Zhen Moving and Non-Moving Meditation with Jill Penaloza, certified meditation teacher. The instructor will lead our in person class via Zoom.
A wealth of research shows that gentle moving meditation is effective for combating stress by changing our brains and biology. In this practice we train our awareness and move in synchronization with the natural flow of qi (energy) to experience improved mental and physical health and boost brain functioning. This practice cultivates calm peaceful presence and enhances physical and emotional wellbeing.
This is a seated practice (chairs) so please dress comfortably and bring a sitting cushion or bath towel for extra comfort, if desired.
