Homeschool Hangout is where fun and learning come together! This is a drop in program with hands on-activities designed for at home learners and their caregivers. Meet other homeschool families and explore our library homeschool resources.

Come create a lovely one of a kind painted ceramic ornament to keep. This is not a make-and-take activity. All finished ornaments will require off-site kiln firing. Finished ornaments will be available for pickup the week following class.

Learn how to sew a garment from start-to-finish using a sewing pattern in this two-part workshop. During the first session, participants will learn terminology and techniques for pattern sewing and will lay out and cut their fabric.

Join us at the new Woodland Community Library to celebrate National Novel Writing Month, aka NaNoWriMo. Get to know your fellow writers, sharpen your writing skills, get inspired, and experience the many areas to write in the new library!
