Event Details

Improve your fitness and focus with safe and simple chair yoga routines. This class will provide a thorough introduction to yoga, great for beginners or anyone looking for a gentle re-entry into yoga. Mindful movement, deep breathing techniques and quiet sitting will be incorporated.
