Event Details
This class will focus on centering the mind, using breathing modalities to reduce stress, and working some of the stress-related aches out of the body. There will be included some forms of Tai Chi motions, and basic mental exercises from our mediation courses, focusing on how to compartmentalize our stressors, and allow us to enjoy the moment. Expect slow and easy to follow poses, that help build stamina and release tension. This course is gentle and simple, and can be done standing or chair-seated. Variations to poses and stretches will be taught as needed.
The class is being offered online and in-person. The link to attend online will be sent via email upon registration.
