Event Details

During this uncertain time, we can all use tools to stay focused, calm, and centered. This workshop will introduce you to the practice of meditation, which can help you to replace stress and fear with patience and love. This virtual class will be taught by Kadam Heather Rocklin, resident teacher at Mahasiddha Kadampa Buddhist Center in Portland and will include a thirty minute guided meditation.

To join this online webinar, you will need a computer, tablet or phone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins.  

A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker, if necessary.
