How does a life get translated onto the page? Delve into the construction of the personal narrative with a discussion group dedicated to the memoir. Join us online for a discussion of a short-story length memoir.
This month we will discuss Garlic and sapphires: the secret life of a critic in disguise by Ruth Reichl.
If you register more than 10 days before the book discussion date, a copy of this month's book with automatically sent to your chosen branch to be picked up. You will get a phone call when it is ready for you.
To join this online program, you will need a computer, tablet or phone with a camera and microphone. The link to join the event will be emailed to registrants one hour before the program begins. A phone number will be included to allow you to use a phone as speaker and microphone, if necessary.
