Kristi from Simply Yoga will be teaching this family yoga class. Simply Yoga a local nonprofit that provides mindfulness based yoga to all ages, genders, races and income levels. Simply Yoga teaches youth in high risk schools stress reducing techniques and also offer Yoga on a sliding scale at their studio.
